We Unlock Housing

In a housing market with scarce affordable options, we understand the immense challenges hardworking families face in finding suitable homes. That's why we partner with New Story to help low-income families secure affordable housing. A Y Combinator graduate and four-time Fast Company "World's Most Innovative Company," New Story has brought innovative housing solutions to families in Mexico, El Salvador, Bolivia, and Haiti.

At RFF, we’re helping New Story scale their work of addressing the global housing crisis. Rather than completely depending on charity or government aid, New Story unleashes market forces that actually make it possible for vulnerable families to own housing. The sustainable model empowers low-income families in Latin America to secure land, access home financing, and build their homes in a developed community.

We Facilitate Education

In addition to providing homes, we strongly emphasize the importance of empowering our residents through education. We firmly believe that by equipping individuals with financial literacy and health and life-related knowledge, we can support them in achieving financial stability and improving their overall well-being. By doing so, we contribute to the development of a stronger and more vibrant community.
